Wrong size is not your fault. Bring it back sealed within 12 months and swap it, no questions.

People who have already had a rider at the door
Ordered two sizes of the Enamor at 4 in the afternoon because I never know my size. The boy waited while I tried both and took one back. I have never had that from any website.
Needed thermals the night the temperature dropped. Ordered at 5:40, they were here by 8. My wife thought I had gone down to the shop.
The Van Heusen trunks are cheaper here than online and I did not wait four days. One colour I wanted was out, but they called instead of just cancelling.
